Hotel Castilla Alicante *** is located in the north of the city and in a privileged environment: 50 meters from the beach of San Juan. We are close to various entertainment areas, to the tramway Alicante-Denia stop (70 meters away) and to the ALICANTE BUS STOP (ONLY 10 METERS) for the bus lines 21 and 22. Hotel Castilla Alicante is only 300 meters away from the golf course "Alicante Golf", 300 meters away again from the awesome Arena Alicante Sport Center where you can relax and enjoy of his wide SPA area) and just a few minutes from “La Ciudad de la Luz”, the University, the airport, the exhibition center, "Terra Mítica" and "Terra Natura" through the A7 and A31. Our hotel has 155 comfortable and spacious rooms, all equipped with satellite TV and Digital Video Broadcasting, air conditioning and heating, telephone, full bathroom, large terrace overlooking the sea and smoke detectors. We also have non smoking rooms. Most rooms have WI-FI connection free of charge (under availability) and safe (optional). Getting there:* By Air: best way to arrive to the hotel from the airport is a taxi (it takes you 30 minutes more or less). Alternatively, the number 6 bus runs regularly from the airport to the centre of Alicante. From the centre of Alicante take the number 21 or 22 bus to the bus stop just in front of the hotel. * By Train: the number 21 and 22 bus runs regularly from the main RENFE train station to the bus stop in front of the hotel. * By Bus: from the main bus station in Alicante take the number 21 or 22 bus to the bus stop in front of the hotel. * By Car: from the A-7 motorway, take exit nº 7 to Alicante Norte / Vía Parque, direction to the beach (“playa”) until La Coruña Square, here, turn right and you will see the hotel. You can also use the TRAM, which is just a few meters from the hotel, an easy and quick way to move around the city with comfort and tranquility. This transport will easily take you anywhere you want in the Alicante area during your holiday.

Good location with easy walk to the beach and local facilities like shops,restaurants and bars; also very easy to use the bus or tram to go into Alicante centre. Clean, tidy & with friendly staff - we would stay here again.

A very nice, inexpensive hotel. Its about 10 minutes drive from the Center of Alicante, but is in the residential zone. We found it nicer to drive into the center of Alicante to eat each night, rather than look at the few restaurants that are local. Its just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, which was nice and quiet while we were there.
Very clean and well-maintained hotel - all furnishing and facilities in good order. Staff friendly and helpful. Room cleaned daily whilst we ate substantial buffet breakfast in the restaurant room or cafe. We stayed with 2 small children so location, near fabulous beach plus very close to bus stop for Alicante and to local restaurants and shops, was great.
More parking places for cars. Minibar or a small fridge in the room. The breakfast which was included in the price was nothing!
The hotel staff were brilliant and very helpful. I've recommended it to my friends and family who are planning on staying there soon.
This hotel is very conveniently located for the beach and is on a bus route leading into Alicante with the bus stop only a minute's walk away.

A basic hotel but clean and warm. Good for a no-frills break - near to the tram and train which takes you up and down the coast. Less than 5 minutes walk to lovely beach.
Very nice and clean hotel. The breakfast buffet is recommended instead of the continental breakfast.
A very acceptable holiday hotel. Although the reception rooms look a bit old, the rooms themselves are modern and reasonably sized.
