"The service was excellent, but we conversed entirely in Japanese so I can't comment on their English ability level. The rooms were small even by Japanese standards (I have stayed in several Japanese hotels). That said, I would still highly recommend this hotel/stay with them again. It is within 5-10 minute walk of Kanazawa Station, and 20-30 min walk to the Castle and Kenrokuen Park. " - Leah Calder
