"I don't understand how this hotel has received such good scores. The room I had was extremely small, very dated and not that clean. Had real issue with the shower flooding the bathroom! Also room service is only available between 5pm and 9pm (or thereabouts) which is not good for business travellers. Given all that, I wouldn't say it was value for money.
