"Our room was upgraded due to an air conditioning malfunction. We were upgraded to the top floor suite. It was very nice. Roomy, nice furniture and walking distance around the cbd. "I don't understand how this hotel has received such good scores. The room I had was extremely small, very dated and not that clean. Had real issue with the shower flooding the bathroom! Also room service is only available between 5pm and 9pm (or thereabouts) which is not good for business travellers. Given all that, I wouldn't say it was value for money. On the flipside the location is fantastic - easy to get around city and also find taxis." - Anonymous

Car parking: No onsite parking available. We have discounted parking vouchers for Hilton Premier Parking on Pitt St. Please phone for details and remember to purchase a voucher from reception before taking the car out of the parking station.
