Reception staff were efficient but could be more friendly/

A decent hotel with nothing to complain about. Close to Clot station but that is still a couple of stations from pl. Catalunya and Rambla (the center of city) and maybe 7-10 blocks (15-25 min walking) from beach. Very close (5min walking) to Glories shopping center and to the big flea market. Very good breakfast!

it's generally ok-ish i would say considering its price and everything. but i was expecting a catel which they don't have it. there was no hot water on the other night as well. service in the hotel was not too bad apart from there was this really nasty guy who thought he was fluent in English yet he couldn't even understand when i asked him do i have to pay for my tv.

The breakfast, included in the price, was especially good. Full buffet and every type from English to Continental. Dinners also reasonably priced and good service. It is a little too far from the main business area and most of the tourist attractions, but close enough to the Sagrada Famiglia

Perfectly hotel. Good level of service and cleanliness. Bedrooms basic: tiled floors, basic sprung bed, comfort level average to good. Quiet and convenient for the metro...few stops to the old gothic town, centre and port.

We stayed in the hotel for the best two nights in our ten-day travel in Spain. It's really a great place, big room and spacious shower and bath. Not far from Sagrada Familia, and only five minutes walk to Metro Clot station. We were there on 17th May when Barcelona won the Champion Europe. You can imagine how excited people were, but it didn't bother us at all since the hotel has excellent sound insulation. .

We were very satisfied with this hotel. There was an excellent choice of breakfasts and the dinners though on a fixed menu were very good value for money. There was ample seating accommodation in several small lounges. It is located near local public transport.

this is the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel and each time it gets better - took a friend this time and we were very impressed by the improvements to the hotel and in particular the fresh omlette making chef. Hotel staff were as friendly as ever.

this hotel is very handy for the city centre (Ramblas). From hotel to the ramblas is approx 15 minutes via the metro station which is sited approx 300metres from hotel. Also only 20 minutes walk to the cathedral.

Friendly staff and nice, clean hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms were adequate with a large bathroom. hotel is well located near the metro station "Clot", a good place from where to start your excursions to this beautiful Gaudi city.

Very nice hotel. I would recomend it to everyone. It's in a good location very near the underground and very quite. The service is also very good. I will be going back there definitely.

The rooms are a bit small, but the beds are confortable and we slept quite well. The location near the Sagrada Familia and a subway stop worked out extremely well.
