Really a nice hotel. The breakfast was super!

A decent enough hotel but perhaps not quite really justifying its four star rating. Rooms large and in good condition but not outstanding. My daughter found hairs in her shower and wondered whether it had been cleaned. Good location, just across the river from the centre of Murcia. Didn't use the restaurante (plenty in the city, and cheaper) so can't comment on this.

Helpful, clean hotel. Parking done by parking in adjacent side street and then moved for storage by staff. Handy location for town.

We experienced an unpleasant smell in our room. In the afternoon we had to wait until 7 pm before we could have a cup of coffee. Almost impossible to find a parking space. The breakfast was very nice, but it was not included in the rate.

Very good service, valet parking for 12 Euro. Excellent breakfast. Get directions to Restaurant area across river in quadrangle of restaurants good lot of choices. On left hand side of street after roundabout and church when looking for.

Clearer arricval instructuion would be appreciated. It was rather difficult o locate a place to park our car, but the hotel then removed it to their garage. It was quiet, the breakfast excellent and staff helpful and reasonably close to the places of interest. we would stay again.

The staff are excellent at this hotel, I always end up asking for a larger room as I have my daughter staying with me and on every occasion they have been very obliging. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Murcia.

Lovely room, with a balcony. Very comfortable and friendly hotel, ideally situated. The weather was very cold but our room was lovely and warm and that was very much appreciated.

Within walking distance from the centre. Bar closes early. Good breakfasts.

This is a nice, clean hotel in the heart of Murthia. There is a a very comprehensive buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

All staff were very helpful. Close to motorways. Close to shops and sights. Quiet location at night. Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel with good facilities. Very clean, very comfortable and although close to the centre (5 mins) it remains quiet being on the other side of the river.
