"Need better directions how to get to hotel from Metro stop. We walked four hours to find our hotel when it was only 5 minutes from the metro stop. Went the wrong way and nobody could tell us how to get there in English. Had no luck trying to hail a cab either. Accomodations were great and easy to get Metro and short walking distance to Guell Parc. " - Susan Ludwig
"A very nice hotel with good facilites. The service was good and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Our only problem was the location, was a little far out from the major sights that we wanted to see. However there was public transport that took us everywhere we wanted to go. Overall a good hotel and great if you dont mind a little bit of travelling to and from as the price was much better than what we would have paid to be closer in the central Barcelona. " - Anonymous
"Directions on how to get to the hotel should be clearer, specially on which exit ti take from the Vallcarca station. I walked half an hour at night without finding the hotel and finally took a taxi. A pity when the hotel is less than 10mn walking from the station.
