Catalonia Majorica Hotel Palma De Mallorca

Nice hotel although the a/c did nor work. And i pre-paid 11€ for the 7,5€ breakfast!!!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is superb - definately something for everyone. Having read previous reviews about the location being a problem, we did not find this at all, if you want spectacular views then obviously the hotel needs to be in an elevated position, but it was still easy to walk to and if you don't fancy walking then the taxis are very cheap and readily available. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

An average hotel. Bit far from town centre. Usual story in Spain with two single beds pushed together and no King size beds available. In room internet very pricey. Great breakfast. Good value for money but there can be better deals around.

Great views but at a slight price. There is still a bit of a walk down to the harbour. The hotel was great though, just be careful of taxi suppliments. Our taxi was cheaper on the way back and that was via the harbour front.

A good hotel all in all. The wireless internet will cost you 17 Euro a day. You can take the number 3 Bus that stops down in front of the hotel, right into Palma for 1.20 Euro, which is very convenient.

We choose this hotel each year. Rooms are always a good size, clean, never too noisy, air con works, swimming pool is good, breakfast is excellent and views are also very good. You usually find a parking space nearby as well.

reception staff were excellent very pleasant and very helpfull. The room was very good with great views. would stay there again.

A first class hotel with excellent facilities. However, it is situated on the outskirts of the town, at the top of a steep hill, and is some distance from the centre.

Thorughly enjoyed my stay. All staff, pleasant, efficient y courteous. I would choose to stay there again.

God breakfast whit a large buffet!

We were particularly impressed with the standard and pricing of the evening buffet. It was nicely presented and catered for a multitude of tastes. The restaurant staff are to be commended for their efficiency and friendliness.

The hotel staff are exceptional. The resturant staff are the best of the whole team but the cleaning staff are also very kind and friendly. The food on offer was very well prepared and presented and variety good. The prices of the drinks are far too high and that makes guests go to loacal bars instead. A fairer tariff for drinks would increase trade in the bar. The reception staff are the least friendly but efficient and their command of languages impressive. The TV should have at least one English entertainment channel along with the several Spanish and German. I would return to this hotel and think overall the hotel is good value.

Good location just outside of the main drag but within easy and quick reach by taxi at reasonable cost - excellent pool facility and good buffet breakfast included.
