"The hotel is very nice and clean and near Plaza Catalonia and the great Rambla. The smoking rooms are in the first floor and located a side walk (no view).The spa including the gym was closed which disappoint me. The hotel Catalonia Ramblas is located in the historic centre of Barcelona, few metres away from la Plaza de Catalunya and the famous Ramblas.
Housed in the former head office of the newspaper “La Vanguardia”, the hotel is a beautiful modernist building dating back to the beginning of the XIX century and designed by Josep Majó Ribas.
