"Excellent hotel in a superb position literally one minute from the Plaza Mayor (albeit down a gloomy passage - not the hotel's fault).
The staff were friendly, the included breakfast excellent, and the room facilities more than adequate and very clean.
The view from the rooms was of rather tatty rooftops but do you really expect scenic views from a city centre hotel ?
We only marked down the facilities because a pool would have been nice after a long journey.

The Catalonia Salamanca Plaza Hotel, which opened its doors in April 2002, is ideally situated near Plaza Mayor, which is accessed by a covered walkway.
Housed in a building that has kept its original Rationalist façade, all the rooms and facilities of the hotel are decorated in a modern style which combines an exotic Oriental touch with a more classical feel, as epitomised by the Villamayor stone.
Our clients have the following facilities at their disposal: a bar/cafeteria, a restaurant and 3 meetings rooms. |
