Staff very friendly and helpful. Helped with confirming airline reservations and securing zipline / jungle tour adventure. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was good. Restaurant was just ok for dinner. Hotel offers driver services to anywhere you want to go: (Iguazu Park, mines, etc.) However, compared to local bus and taxis, this driver service is quite expensive. The local bus service is just fine and stops in front of the hotel. The price is a good value.
Hotel staff were great, very helpful & friendly, breakfast great. The hotel itself is ok, a little tired in need of a bit of a makeover. Apart from that a nice place to stay and enjoy the Falls.

very good hotel - good room on second floor no balccony but very happy with room good size Huge pool games facilities, gym and spa. Excellent breakfast. Was nearly put off by the comments glad we went. Would stay there again.
This is a nice hotel with helpful staff a great restaurant serving exception food at a reasonable price. Management were friendly and helped us make the most of our limited time at the Falls.
A pleasant hotel in a convenient location near the falls. Though somewhat isolated from the actual town we found all we need at the hotel. While some of the facilities need some updating, overall it is a good to very good facility.
Desk staff very helpful. Left luggage facility. Excellent breakfast. A little old-fashioned to be classed as 5 star. Pleasant stay.

Excellent standard for the price, nice pool area. Evening buffet was good value and varied. Even had some entertainment in the form of tango during dinner!
Lack of tourist information in the hotel. We found that we had to rely on information aquired from a taxi driver for details on the Falls and local entertainment. The pool area was lovely but the swimming pool had rather a lot of bits flooting on the surface. The pool towels were thread bare and frayed. But we still had a great time. Thnak you
Front desk only speaks some English. Nightly buffet is very good.
