Check-in Procedure:Once you arrive to Barcelona you must call us. One off payment for the entire stay when you arrive at the apartments. Rate for one night or passport required as garantee. Which will be returned before your departure. We only accept cash. The check-in at 14:h untill 21:00h, if you come late, you most pay 15 extras.The Check-out before 12:00h.

Great stuff - the best things about this place is the location!! It's so central, close to everything. It's a tidy apartment, good place to base yourself for exploring Barcelona Having a washing machine was great! saves heaps of money on laundromat but an indoor clothing rack to dry it on would be good. It's pretty noisy, but you expect that being so centrally located. The kitchen is not very well equipped. There are only 2 frypans for cooking, could do with a pot at least to cook some rice or pasta. Or even a microwavable dish. There are ALOT of stairs so if you have a really heavy suitcase then this would not be a good place for you. The shower is tiny, no room to bend over but you can manage ok. It's just good to know these things! Over all, a good place to stay but not suited so well to self catering if you want to cook evening meals.
great location, nice view, the Cathedral is seen from the terrace, excellent value for money. the only inconvenience is the very small shower
Atic, Double Bed room, Kittchen, Bathroom in the room. in a Four floor of a nice building in the Barrio Gotic.
We stayed in the attic. We had everything we needed. The shower was a bit to small for my partner but he is on the large side.We had a good laugh about it. Perfect for a three day stay.
You dont get a better location, unless you want to live in the Ramblas, which is a few hundred meters away. This apartment is Central, basic, but modernised, with a small balcony.

The location of this apartment is ideal. There is everything you need for your stay in Barcelona. We laked our "home"
Perfect for couples. Fully fitted with everything we needed and it also had a nice little rooftop terrace. We would definitely stay there again.
Great location - simply in the middle of everything and you are in walking distance of many of Barcelona's great attractions. Will most likely visit again. The shower cabin is the smallest I have seen to date!
The apartment was ok - but very very small. The location was great - in the middel of the city about 200 m. from La Rambla. Okay when you are in Barcelona for seeing the city, but not good if you think you should spend time at the apartment.
great location, the 50x50 shower is a bit tiny, but survivable. The appartment has got all you need, even a nice outdoor seat. steps up are endless.
Really great place to stay while visiting Barcelona - recommend to everybody! It is near to Barcelona Cathedral and La Rambla.
Nice, clean small apartment. Perfect location! Bed, room and kitchen wery nice. Great stay, we'll be back.
