"A bit disappointing. Hotel a little run down. First room TV didn't work and smelt, they did move me and second room was alot better. Hard to get any help from hotel staff (english speaking problem mostly). Good location and as long as you don't expect too much it is adequate and value for money." - Anonymous

"Good location, but quality of service is really poor. Hotel staff were rude - I asked to borrow a travel adaptor, the staff said, "We don't have it. You have to get 1 before you travel to Spain!" It was unacceptable!

"We were surprised by outstanding position of the hotel. There was no problem to comment upon. The staff was friendly and the hotel was breathing by past luxury. We were only surprised by metal frames of windows that were very cold in winter. The heating on the other hand worked perfectly so only "green" thinking people should complain. Briefly it is an excellent accommodation for the price." - Petr Stradal
