Celuisma Florida Norte Hotel Madrid

A bit disappointing. Hotel a little run down. First room TV didn't work and smelt, they did move me and second room was alot better. Hard to get any help from hotel staff (english speaking problem mostly). Good location and as long as you don't expect too much it is adequate and value for money.

Staff is freindly and environment is very clean. I am satisfied with my first stay.

We were surprised by outstanding position of the hotel. There was no problem to comment upon. The staff was friendly and the hotel was breathing by past luxury. We were only surprised by metal frames of windows that were very cold in winter. The heating on the other hand worked perfectly so only "green" thinking people should complain. Briefly it is an excellent accommodation for the price.

Excellent Location, Estacion de Principe Pio & one shopping mall is right across the hotel, easy to get around, will stay again if I go back.

The room was very nice and spacious. There was no Internet connection for guests. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to Principe Pio metro station, but it's a good walk to the city center.

This was a particularly well located hotel for us - convenient and efficient. Recommend it highly.

A little dated, but in a good way. Excellent value

Some of the staff didn't seem to friendly, which I assumed was due to my not speaking Spanish, which I accept was my fault not theirs. Otherwise a fine hotel which I would highly recommend to anyone.

Rude and disinterested front desk on both checking in and checking out. I was given twin beds despite having a booking accepted for a double, the excuse being that there were no rooms available with a double bed. Both computers for public use in the foyer were out of order. As this is the first time I have stayed here I presume they were just having a bad day as a colleague who stayed several weeks before had no complaints.

The hotel was ok, but everything in it was a bit old.

We were glad we stayed there. No problems. Internet was expensive in the lobby.

The room was well-lighted and very cosy. All in all, a very nice stay and a remarkably nice hotel.

FN is a very well situated hotel. It has a very competetive pricing and the standard is OK. Everything a little bit used (now renewing), but very clean and nice. I would use FN for the next visit in Madrid if I should consider price, standard and location in one.

Nice hotel. 20 minutes walk to the citycentre, but right next to a Metrostation.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast could have been more varied.
