Central Cosmo Apartments Brisbane

Our booking was made online for a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people. The second bedroom had only a single bed and we were not told when checking in that the bed for the 4th person folded out from the lounge chair. We had to speak to reception to find this out. Although the booking was made for 4 people, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Again we had to ask reception for towels for everyone. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great spot to stay if you are going to Suncorp Stadium. About a 15 mins walk. Also the Chinese restaurant downstairs is excellent !!!!

Stayed two nights in a one bedroom apartment, it was an ideal location to visit Suncorp Stadium which you can walk to in about 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants to pick from in Park Road. The apartments were clean and undergrund carparking free. Definitely will return.

We were rather surprised to find a significant amount of mould in the grouting of the bath/shower. Even though a late checkout was advertised and was asked for we did not get a response and then it was all too hard for the staff to organise because it would be too much inconvenience for other staff members and they would be subject to the backlash from it.

Once found, the accommodation and facilities were extremely good - clean, tidy, modern & most things worked!! I would stay there again & recommend it to others......close to the CBD, but also just enough "distance" to make it peaceful. Restaurants & eateries were close by........

Bed was a bit too soft for our liking, but the rest was definitely fine. We arrived after the Reception had closed, but the staff on call were very helpful and we were able to access the facilities without much difficulty.

Ideal location very close to the city with endless variety of restaurants & shops at your doorstep. Close to public transport such as bus to the valley night life (10 mins). Building overall is dated requires a major refurbishment, such as carpets, curtains, bed & bathroom linen, including bathroom ammenities. 1990's bed spread not a good look. Building mainly occupied by private residence therefore carparks can be hard to find, not very convenient. I have worked in hotels before and stay in hotels frequently as im an airline employee. If your planning on comfort I would suggest another hotel!, however if its just for a bed than go for it!.

Having previously stayed at the Centr@l Cosmo Apartments, Brisbane about 4 years ago, I had no hesitation in booking again when I noticed it was listed on [your website]. The apartments are well maintained and located in the suburb of Milton, close to Brisbane city, Southbank, Suncorp Stadium and the Gabba. There are many good restaurants close by in Park Road, Milton.

We were treated very well. Breakfast (included in the price) was served at a local cafe. The staff there were very rude and as the seats were very narrow but we were not allowed to have breakfast in other seats that were available. We had to eat at another cafe and for this breakfast we had to pay extra. When told the hotel was apologetic and indicated they were going to speak to the owners of the cafe. A bottle of wine was sent to our home address by the hotel as an extra apology. The hotel staff were very good -- cafe staff were very rude.
