Central Dockside Apartments Brisbane

"The single bedroom apartment was spacious and provided every amenity I needed during my stay of 2 nights. Central Dockside Apartments is conveniently located next to a City Ferry Terminal on the Brisbane River, which, even though I did not use on this visit due to other commitments, I have decided I will use at my next visit. Overall, my accommodation experience was pleasant and the staff I came into contact with were genuinely happy and very helpful. "I booked the apartment on a 30 day advance promotion through [website] and had an executive one bedroom apartment for $114 per night which was excellent value. The apartment was very nicely appointed and obviously newly renovated. The king size bed was extremely comfortable.....perhaps a TV in the bedroom would be a plus. My only problem was with the bath/shower area. The gap in the opening half-shower screen allowed water to collect on the floor around the toilet and because the screen opened a with a slight push I felt a little uneasy while standing in the low bath to shower. The shower head was also non-adjustable and the water fell too close to the wall of the shower. Basically a design fault. Apart from that I would consider staying there again. The ferry stop at the bottom of the apartments meant easy and relaxed access to the city day and night. " - Anonymous

"A whole one bedroom unit at a discounted price - great. room overlooked marina- yeah, my favourite view, as well as the river and skyline. Furnishings were of a high standard and the hotel was located really well. Use the Rivercat to get round to Southbank and the City, leave the car in free carpark. Will use again." - Bruce McLaren
