Clean hotel and friendly staff. Expensive for such small rooms. No hot tap on the basin, only in the shower.

This hotel is in an excellent location, very central, it is very clean and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. I have stayed here twice and on both occasions the rooms have been very small and the bathrooms even smaller, fortunately I am a small build if you are not I think you would struggle. However I would not let this put me off staying again should I go to London the pros far outweigh the cons at this hotel.

Tiny room. Number 11. Avoid it at all costs. About the size of your average postage stamp. The shower in this one was tiled as part of the shoebox bathroom which meant using it flooded the whole bathroom and risked flloding the bedroom too. TV had no remote contol either which in this day and age is not exactly acceptable. The staff were friendly enough I suppose but overall avoid as you can get better for the money.

Very friendly staff, good central location and fair prices. Main draw back was that there was no milk and no orange juice for the breakfast. After almost an hour the staff managed to get some milk, but orange juice never turned up. Apart from this, the hotel was what you can expect for the price. Would stay there again.

Not too badly priced for London. Very central and the room was clean. With so much to do we didnt spend much time in the room. The only downside would be the ventilation in the bathroom with regards to the heat from the shower. Even so at least the water was hot.

This is a small hotel, typical British. My room was covered almost entirely by the bed, and the bathroom is pretty tiny. This is not a hotel for people of some size. Apart from that, all was well.
