Great location being an easy 5 min. walk to main tourist attractions. Bus (TXL)from airport to Main Railway Station stops almost outside the hotel, last stop before station (Tiergarten Zoological). Only down side, no glass or cup for drinking water in bathroom>
Friendly staff. No information about breakfast was provided at the reception. When I browsed through the information booklet that was given, there was a notice about breakfast at the pub outside. Once there I got a good german breakfast, but on day two they started to ask for payment. So the breakfast is not included, despite the information in the booklet.

Good hotel, quite a good location not far from the Hauptbahnof, although a reasonable walk to the major sights so definitely worth using public transport. Breakfast was very good (especially if you get in early). The room is basic, but clean with new bathrooms and great shower pressure!
The initial appearance of the hotel is not at all welcoming- it was dark and very gloomy. It was poorly signed with the reception on the second floor. (Very off putting). The rooms were of decent size with good bathroom facilities. The breakfast was very good- though it was in an ajoining resturant. The hotel was in a fantastic location with regards to the central train station (about a 5-10 minute walk). Would I recommend this hotel- proabably if on a low budget with little expectations regarding service.
Tidy place, 24-hour open (convenient when coming with low-cost airlines), but this can be source of noise at no time which added to the presence of firestation makes for a possibly troubled night. The closest sub-train station is 10 mins walk away (bus stop just accross is not served very well). Pleasant typical German breakfast served next door.
nice hotel near main station easy to reach the center busstation just outside the hotel. Quiet with great breakfast-buffet. Good value for money
Pleasent place to stay and centrally located to city sights.
The bedroom was clean and essential. Toilet absolutely clean. The building is not particularly nice, but tospend some nights is definitely good. Unaccetable to find a receptionist who could not even speak an English word. To me, a basic English in an hotel is neccessary. Anyay, staff polite.
