Central Park Hotel Hong Kong Guest Reviews

3 out of 5

quite central... a 15 min walk to MTR station but lots of cabs thru the day.. basic and clean hotel.

3.2 out of 5

I booked a room for 3, we got a double room with a fold out bed, which is what I expected - but I didn't expect the room to be so small we would have to climb over the bed to get in and out of the room. The concierge was very helpful, but if he wasn't around it didn't seem the other staff were very able to help, maybe that was simply the language difference.

Lovely place, really handy, really small. But they all are in HK. Fridges are rubbish, don't plan on putting anything in them to keep cold. Staff are lovely, with the best mix of amazing hairstyles for some bizarre reason.

The place was decent, but the shower and hand washing facilities were not upto par at all. It was hard to control the temperature, so in the end you could either get boiling hot water that would burn your skin or ice cold water that would give you a cold. Nothing in between!

Service has improved since my last stay there. Front Desk staff still needs to be more customer friendly... even when they are supposedly 'busy'.

Very cramped wee room and quite expensive but we understand this is usual in Hong Kong. Poor lighting in the room. Concierge very helpful. Free hotel shuttle to waterfront every hour very useful. Very convenient location.

The location, being slightly 'downtown' suited my requirements. good value. Otherwise, facilites typical of a modest cost city hotel

This was a nice place to stay - whilst the room was small this is standard for Hong Kong Hotels so no big deal. Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking in this particular price range - its an easy walk (without luggage) to the ferrys to TST (Nathan Rd) as well as being close to Central, mid levels and antiques.

Good value for money, very modern hotel. Room was a little small but that is to be expected of most Hong Kong hotels. However the whole asthetics of the hotel was very pleasant and I'll definitely stay there again when Im in Hong Kong.

The location is great, centrally located but not too noisy. The room was pretty large for being in HK and had a modern design. We were happy with our stay.
