"Located in Bayswater London and close to a train station.
No luggage room and was asked to place bag into "my awaiting room" which had not been cleaned and very dirty from the previous guest (nearly was sick), room was small, extra cost for hot breakfast (care - only one serving)

From Heathrow:- Take the Piccadilly Line (underground train) to Gloucester Road or South Kensington. Then change to the Circle Line (underground train) to Bayswater Station. Get off at Bayswater Station, turn right outside the station, walk to the top of the road, turn left and take the second road to your left off Bayswater Road (which should be Queensborough Terrace).
From Gatwick: - Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. Then take the Circle Line (underground) train to Bayswater Station.
