Simple but great for the price. I would stay there again.
very good location, clean hotel with helpfull polite staff and one of the comfiest hotel beds i have ever slept in! the rooms are adequate in size, the only slight downside was the tv didnt work very well, the picture kept breaking up on all but a couple of channels. i would stay here again and would reccommend this hotel.
Lovely and handy to the underground metro, facilities good bed a little lumpy and sloping to one side. Pity there is no free wifi would be great oh oh there is no storage facilities at this hotel... had to go to tube and pay 8quid per bag to store
Room was small and basic but was clean. I was there for 4 nights and breakfast was dreadful each morning, can't think of anything positive to say about it. Staff impersonal - apart from the lady in the breakfast room who was most helpful and pleasant. Would stay again but have breakfast elsewhere
Very Central easy to find using the sub way just a 5 minute walk great... would stay again
Room and bathroom very small but clean. Not too much traffic noise. Conveniently located for bus/ underground stations, shops and restaurants. Staff at reception could do with more charm and perhaps a smile.
I liked it alot and will probably come again when I visit London again.
Excellent location. Good facilities on site. Disappointing that no facility exists to store luggage for a brief time after check -out.
I have stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions and have always found the staff to be good. On this occasion , as i have done previously, booked the hotel for the previous night, so on arrival at Heathrow to go straight to the hotel, check in and shower etc. On arrival to check in, no record could be found and the girl could not assist, and had to wait for about 45 mins for the supervisor to arrive at work. Some one at the hotel had apparently cancelled the booking. A double room had been booked, and the only room clean available had 3 single beds. Need less to say after a long flight and not having a room to gain access I was not terribly impressed.
The hotel was pretty good for the money / location and general friendliness. It was a reasonably clean but small room with a desk for working. The basin plug was broken so no water could flow but that was easy to live with for one night. Overall, I would consider coming back to this hotel if the price was around the same as I paid this time.
rooms are too small and no fan or a/c
The single room I had booked, although small, was quite adequate, clean and quiet. I found the continental breakfast to be good and all I required. The hotel is located very near to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations along with the bus services of Bayswater, Rd. The delightful Kensington Gardens being on the opposite side of Bayswater Rd, about 20 yards from the hotel, make for a pleasant escape from the busy city streets. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks
Nice and clean. No luggage room if you need to last minute shopping after checking out.
The Location of the hotel was great and the room was spacious. The room itself seemed a little old and needs updating but I was only here for a night. An extra plus was the view from the 6th floor of the rooftops was good.
Spent 6 days late December. The hotel reception area was spacious and staff very helpful. Breakfast voucher system worked well and food provided was basic but of reasonable quality. Room (207) was small but comfortable and quiet and bathrooom clean and tidy. Close to Queensway and Bayswater tube station and buses on Bayswater Rd. Internet access was available but very expensive. Bed was short for tall people.
Our room was in the basement which meant that we had no natural light or mobile phone signal. The hotel is very well placed, very close to a tube station and the road where the tube is has lots of restaurants.
room small bur clean, very good location. Good hotel for the price.
For the price, reasonable. I have stayed there about 10 times, so can't be bad
Located in Bayswater London and close to a train station. No luggage room and was asked to place bag into "my awaiting room" which had not been cleaned and very dirty from the previous guest (nearly was sick), room was small, extra cost for hot breakfast (care - only one serving) This hotel should not be on the Recommended hotel program
Perfect position! The breakfast is bad... you have to pay extra to have a foul Continental Breakfast and more if you want an English one. The room was very small.
