The location is oustanding the facilities excellent and what brought us back to this hotel for a second time was the professional efficient yet unbelievably friendly service. I hurt my knee and was on crutchesfor half our stay. The hotel provided free transport to the hospital (three trips) and the staff were genuinely concerned to the point that when my wife was walking around without me the staff always asked her how i was.............Amazing. If there is a better hotel in Thailand i would be amazed. BOOK IT! .......You will not be dissapointed. "Great location and decent hotel. You have the hussle and bussle of Chaweng right on your doorstep, yet the ability to relax in a peaceful environment when needed. The allocated area of beach is clean and safe. The staff are extremely pleasant and willing to assist at all times. Stay in the 'Club Rooms' if you can afford, as the little extras, such as free internet access and afternoon 'tit-bits' add to the special time this hotel offers. Will definitely use again.
