Getting there:From Melbourne Airport follow the signs to the CIty via the Tullamarine Freeway exiting onto Flemington Road (first major city exit). Follow Flemington Road until you reach the large round-about and then turn right onto Elizabeth Street. Cross over Victoria Street and then Therry Street is the first left. Central Sky Lounge is located a short distance down the road on the right. Sky Lounge Restaurant and Bar is located on Level 9 of the Hoteloffering both breakfast and dinner 7 days. Conference and Meeting facilities are also located on this level. The Hotel also offers undercover on-site car parking, landscaped courtyard and relaxation areas, 24 hour reception, secure lift access, extensive vending machines and guest laundries are conveniently located throughout the building.

Car parking:Car Parking is charged at $17 per day. The car park is located on-site with space available for 400+ cars.

The room was comfortable and bathroom was large and well equipped. We had a studio but did not use the kitchen - it is basic but adequate. One of the best things was the breakfast - free wi-fi, choice of continental or cooked breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and choices of bread etc. Had to pay extra for the expresso but it was worth it - strong and yummy! And staff were very helpful.
The staff are always willing to help and are friendly right down to the cleaners. The breakfast is superb can highly recommend.

We thought our room, although not over large, was very clean and modern, with a great view of the Queen Victoria markets. It would have been nice to have had the packets of biscuits ( that you usually find in hotel rooms) when we had our cups of tea/coffee. We would like to have had the chance to use a mug for our tea/coffee, but, that is not a big deal. The breakfast was a very good selection and well set out. The staff were very kind and friendly.
Great location central to Victoria Markets, Lygon Street, Australian Museum and a short tram ride to the CBD. Breakfast included was excellent. Reception were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
We had a great time as the location is so close to trams and the Queen Victoria Market. There was car parking for 24 hour periods. We slept well, had a good, lazy breakfast, read the paper and relaxed. Really enjoyable. Very helpful staff too.
Everything is very well done at the CSLA's. Apart from the carpark - don't take a big car! Their breakfast is fantastic.
Staff on checkin were very helpful and courteous. The room (studio) was excellent. Breakfast was adequate. Bed was really comfortable and the bedding (sheets) were clean and crisp. The staff, overall were the hotels greatest asset, they were great.

Service was excellent. Even when TV did not work, no fuss, provided with another room.
We enjoyed our stay, but the cleaning people could do a little better. Otherwise the staff at reception were marvelous as was the breakfast waitresses. Would stay there again and recommend other people as well.
The Central Sky Lounge Apartment Hotel Melbourne was excellent in all aspects I could not find a thing wrong , when all the new works around the complex is finished it will be great , staff great cannot rave enough about it , I would suggest though having sauces out for breakfast like HP and Worchester sauce great stay .
This Hotel was very well placed on the north side of the city and within walking distance of most attractions. It meet our expectations and suited our activities for the weekend.
Very enjoyable stay. Modern and clean facilities, well priced through a special deal. Breakfast buffet was good quality. Public car park for the hotel had some tight corners - would be difficult to navigate with a big car.
small but good room, great views, breakfast included in my price which was excellent. TV screen a little small but we didn't go to Melbourne to watch TV... Location is excellent, markets, public transport, walk to CBD in less than 10 minutes. Taxi stand outside, what more can you ask for.
The friendliest staff I have ever known, right opposite Vic Markets which was fabulous on Sunday as we had a late check out and wandered over there after a very good breakfast. The room was modern, quiet and comfortable.
Loved this Hotel. Great location for Vic Market and an easy walk to City Centre. Clean and modern and our room had a fabulous view over the Market and towards the West. Very friendly staff and great value parking.
Great location, we went to a stage show pre-booked at Arts Centre within easy reach by tram. Buffet breakfast very satisfying & recommended. Walking distance of Vic Market, were we spent Sunday morning, before returning home. We will stay at Central Sky Lounge Apartment Hotel again.
Excellent stay, great buffet brekky, free parking, friendly & helpful staff, excellent price. Second time we've stayed, and has been great both times.
