Good location and price, room was clean but furniture is very worn and lounge chair had stains. Good for business visit or family vacation on a budget.

Arrived 30 minutes after stated time and apartment wasn't ready. Told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Went for lunch, took about 45 minutes to an hour and it still wasn't ready. Had booked a rollout bed for an extra person but had to ask for it, as well as an extra towel. Not really all that impressed with my experience at this place.

Very well apointed large self contained appartment in great area and location, other than paintwork being a bit tired everything else was just fine. Would certainly stay again.

Good clean accommodation. Our family stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment that was well appointed and had modern furnishings. Very happy with our stay here.

As the name suggests, this hotel is at the top of a hill. In the heat of Brisbane it is not a comfortable walk from the CBD or the nearest train station. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are very helpful and polite.

Large apartment style rooms with a balcony. Lots of facilities in the room (microwave, cooker, laundry area with washing machine and tumble drier, dining table, lounge chair etc). Flat screen TV is fairly new but many of the fittings in my room were beginning to show their age. I had a problem with the ironing board - the printed ironing board cover stained my white work shirts (why not use a standard silver cover rather than a cheap cotton one with green print!) which forced me to try to re-wash my shirt. There is a convenience store about 2 to 3 blocks away on Leichhardt Street (heading East). I stay here because it's cheaper than most hotels but fairly easy to get into Brisbane. There is an automatic taxi dispatch phone at reception and taxis generally arrive within 10 mins. If you are reasonably fit it's also not that far to walk into the city in the evenings (takes 15 - 20 mins).

The apartments were very large and had great facilties e.g. washing machine, pool etc. I would definately stay here again.

Good economical alternative to a hotel in Brisbane if you don't mind travelling into the city ($10 in a taxi). Well equipped with laundry area in the room, microwave, cooker, fridge, car park. Large room but hanging space is very small if you have lots of shirts etc. Although not usually a problem (I have stayed here many times) the ironing board in the apartment I stayed in (Room 107) stained my white work shirts. Overall OK but very much an apartment rather than a hotel.

i was given a apartment next to the rubbish drop off point which pretty much smelt bad all the time i opened my door to get in. cooking stove and oven was so embarrasing that i could not imagine cooking my meal on it.location was perfect and i should say the bed and the sheets were quiet good and i felt like sleeping on it. sauna and the pool was good.

Overall pretty good place to stay in. A complete serviced apartment, everything is available inside. Secure parking garage. The only downside, the aircon is centralised which makes us cannot alter things on our own.

Lovely apartment with full kitchen facilities. Nice balcony and very central. Excellent value for $95.

Used this hotel as a stopover and all in all was pretty disappointed by the standard and the staff, who were not very helpful, to put it mildly The room was clean and facilities, apart from room internet were ok which was intermittent. Location is at top of steep hill so not the place to stay unless you like mountaineering, or can afford to use cabs all the time.

A bit dated but very friendly check in staff. Value for money for overnight stay, good views from baclony and very little noise from street traffic

Good location easy access for city and rail stations (Roma Street and Central) albeit uphill on the way to the appartments, so a taxi ride recommended if carrying bags and / or have walking difficulties. Great facilities with swimming pool spa and sauna. Parking in secure basement. Rooms spacious, clean and well equipped with washer / drier / iron, microwave and fridge. Only slight downside is that lower level appartments overlooking the main road suffer traffic noise. Suggest floor 4+ if on this side of the building. All reception staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

located on top of steep hill - free bus nearby but still bit hard on the knees. room pretty good although getting a little dated but acceptable. price good staff good
