Centrale B&B Naples

It is very near the train station but naples itself is a very dangerous city as there r lots of blacks people. The staffs are very friendly and can speak simple english. It's a very new hotel so it's very clean and big. It is very near to all tourist attractions. You could also take a train ride to visit pompei which is very beautiful and sorrento for it's clear beach.

Very friendly manager who provided great informations. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Provided my wife and I a sense of security in Napoli.

We had a great stay here and the staff were exceptional. Vasso is to be commended on her helpfulness. Unfortunately the shower leaked with the water system they used. Close to everything and very secure. Great value.

This hotel is very close to the main train station which is what we wanted but its not a good area and you do need to be aware of this.The hotel is via a locked main door off the street and once inside it felt very secure the room was lovely and large with a bathroom plus extra bedroom we were really pleased with our choice which also included a basic breakfast we stayed one night as we went to Pompeii but as much as I liked the hotel I wouldn't want to stay in that area for very long.

Very good quality/price ratio and really well located. Not a typical hotel, rather a large apartment converted to hotel, but surprisingly nice and comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

It is a drawback that the reception is only open when guests have indicated that they shall arrive. Staff are friendly and service-minded, I was able to leave my luggage and fetch it later even though the reception was not ordinarily staffed. Breakfast meagre, but served in the room. Air condition did not work. Very noisy, hard traffic outside.

We did not enjoy our stay in Naples much - it was a bit of a shock with all the dirt and untidyness. However, the hotel was a beam of light in a dark tunnel and the service was efficient and friendly.

Awful surroundings, very scary to venture outside but only 100 metres to train station.

the room was actually very nice, but the hotel itself was in a very bad location close to the central train station. the building was also under construction so it was very dirty and also hard to find. there also really is no concierge which is odd for a 4 star hotel.

Nice B&B with very friendly staff. Breakfast is in the room, as this is a really small operation (we could only see 3 rooms). Do not be discouraged by the neighbourhood or the looks of the building from the outside

It is more a B&B than a hotel. We had booked a room in the Centrale Hotel Naples and when we arrived no room were available and we have been relocated.... Not a good surprise even if afterwards the other hotel was pretty ok

Found location of hotel rather unsatisfactory as we felt rather unsafe in general local area. Shower facilities need urgent attention (shower rose not in working order), otherwise general room facilities were very good. Booking details confirmed that breakfast was to be included....this did not occur and we were still charged full price.

A bit difficult to find but what a gem. Beautiful room and very friendly staff. Very close to the Railway station.

Best part of our visit to Naples. Hostess was so accomodating, friendly and concerned about our stay. Would stay here again if I had to go back to Naples. Beautiful rooms and wonderful service!

This hotel is very clean and the room was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent location, being a few minutes from the train station. Great value.

Wonderful place to stay and superb restaurant Mimi around the corner. The location is typical for a big city train station area, so caution is advised. We enjoyed our stay here, rooms were newly decorated, very comfortable and the staff was outstanding!
