At the end of a 3 week motoring trip, we had a day and a half available before our flight home from Brussels. We were looking for a location that would maximize our time to explore Brussels, drop off our rental car at the airport beforehand and returrn to catch our flight on our last day. Centrale Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way; its location was perfect, a two minute walk to Central Station which has frequent express trains to the airport and a few blocks from Grand Place and surrounding attractions. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was exceedingly helpful and accomodating.

We stayed for a weekend away and were impressed with the cleanliness and location. Right next to Centrale Station and so easy to get to and all major sights in easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - highly recommend this hotel.
Average three star hotel (forget about four stars) in a great location.
Sauf pour la perceuse à 7h15 du matin l'hotel est très bien, très propre et avec le Wifi gratuit ce qui est aussi appréciable.
Stayed here twice, room was unclean on both occasions - litter and hair in the bathroom. Rooms are a little tired but for the price it's acceptable. Good location very convenient for station, metro and restaurants. Free internet, no tea or coffee kit in the rooms.
We can heard bus and car from the street bud still acceptable.
The hotel wasn't anything spectacular, but it's very close to the central station and the staff were helpful. A lot of hotels in brussels are more expensive and not as good.
Beware that the hotel charges for the WiFi so unless you are content using the PC in the reception there are additional charges.
Great hotel on a good location with very kind staff. I did not try the breakfast, but there are several small restaurants in the surrounding area.
very near to this central train station. next to the hotel is a metro station.very cpnvenient for metro transport but the hotel receptionest provide very bad services. the double room are very nice and room also very big.
Excellent situation in central Brussels. 10 metres from underground walkway to central station and hopon-hopoff city bus. Walking distance to Grand Place. Recommended to first time visitors to Brussels. Good quality adequate breakfast.
