"The location is perfect as there are plenty of places to eat around,also close to BTS Staion and Central departmental store. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is about the bathroom. They should renovate the stand up shower as the bathroom floor gets flooded while having a shower due to poor construction of the glass doors. They should find a way a to seal the gaps between the glass doors. Other than this, everything else worked out very well with us. For a family with kids, this is a great place. " - Kazi Shakil

"The hotel is ideally-located as it is within walking distance to the major shopping places such as Central World Plaza, Gaysorn,Paragon, Central Chitlom,to name a few. The hotel is value for money and the service is courteous and proactive to the customers' needs. My only complaint was that they provided only 1 small bar of soap throughout our 3 nights' stay and there was no flat iron though there was an ironing board in the closet. " - Ruth Bandera
