"I found the staff to be rude and defensive when we questioned the lack of a/c in our apartment (it didn't work for 5 nights of our 7 night stay). We understood that the a/c needed to be looked at but after 2 attempts in trying to get the a/c fixed we gave up. The response back from the on site management was less than acceptable - "you're not the only ones without a/c", "the a/c serviceman doesn't work on weekends" & "it hasn't been hot enough for a/c". Well, since we paid for an a/c'ed apartment we did expect a/c. Silly us! I have stayed here twice before without a problem, but I won't be staying here again. Other than the a/c incident and the rude management the apartment and location were great." - Trevor Henry
