Centrepoint Resort Apartments Gold Coast

Very central, off road parking, room clean and tidy, bit dated but it served our needs.

Enjoyed our stay in this centrally located resort. Had minor housekeeping issue upon arrival, however, this was quickly rectified by very courteous and efficient management. Enjoyed the pools and spa. Overall establishment is very well run and value for money.

location was the best thing about Centrepoint. i have recommended it to a friend just for that reason. The pricing fair too. Therefore,for location and pricing, i would stay there again.

Great location, price, service, pools, rooms etc etc etc. The only down side was that the air cond was not very cold but there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a nice cool ocean breeze. Will definately recommend to friends and will book there again in future.

Great location, minutes to Beach, Shops, Restaurants, Bus Stop at front door. Friendly staff, very comfortable and great value.

Great service. Room was clean, well presented and suited our needs perfectly. Facilities were great, all in all it was fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it to anybody.

centrepoint resort apartments at surfers paradise, is in a good location, very central, 1 block from beach and the nerang river, bus to theme parks at front door, fantastic Indian Restrurant in arcade at front of centrepoint. will stay there again.

Great central location (across road from Wax Museum in Surfers). Had 2brm apartment - lots of room with large living area.

Spacious apartments, great security (like a compound) and brilliant location which makes the pricing of the apartments extremely competitive and great value. Would stay there again.

Simple things like clock radios and beach/ pool towels should be included. Generous size, excellent location are great pluses, noise from the nearby road was at times a little loud.

We were disappointed as the usual convenient shampoo/conditioners were not supplied and not much toilet paper which we were asked to pay for when we needed more.

A little bit outdated and no foxtel or dvd's. But we had great weather so we didnt need them. Games room was a bit expensive but well equiped. Pools were great.

I found the staff to be rude and defensive when we questioned the lack of a/c in our apartment (it didn't work for 5 nights of our 7 night stay). We understood that the a/c needed to be looked at but after 2 attempts in trying to get the a/c fixed we gave up. The response back from the on site management was less than acceptable - "you're not the only ones without a/c", "the a/c serviceman doesn't work on weekends" & "it hasn't been hot enough for a/c". Well, since we paid for an a/c'ed apartment we did expect a/c. Silly us! I have stayed here twice before without a problem, but I won't be staying here again. Other than the a/c incident and the rude management the apartment and location were great.

Excellent location, spacious rooms

Large units, clean & comfortable, central to Surfers Paradise can be a little bit noisy on Friday & Saturday nights due to the drunks spilling out of the clubs.

Ideally located for beach, shopping and resturants, Staff were friendly and helpful the appartment was big enough for thee adults and one child it was good to have 2 bathrooms. Would stay there again as it was priced very reasonably.
