"This hotel was wonderful and I will stay there again. We had a group of 5 people arriving from many places at different times. The staff was very kind to help coordinate things, store our bags, and accommodate all of our requests. They were also helpful in arranging entrance times at museums and recommending dining spots. "I booked this online and was worried about its location and its general condition as it wasnt expensive at all, but everything was great! the location was spot on, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and thats walking really slow! more importantly though it was clean so what more could you want? "Do not let them put you on the first floor - especially room 103. if you are in room 103 you will not sleep at all and will be the same as if your bed was actually outside in the middle of the street. unbelievably noisy. i complained and was moved upstairs the next night and it was 100% better. Note: no toilet or shower in rooms, you have to go down the hall and share." - Anonymous
