There's no carpet in the room, so it was cold when we went in April. Spring bed, not so comfortable, small double room
I booked this online and was worried about its location and its general condition as it wasnt expensive at all, but everything was great! the location was spot on, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and thats walking really slow! more importantly though it was clean so what more could you want?
This is a nice 2star hotel with average facilities. However, the people are quite helpful and friendly, so that you really enjoy your stay with them. The breakfast was included in our package and was quite OK and you may call it reach for a 2star hotel's breakfast. The location of the hotel is quite good as it is just near the Medici Chapel and Duomo. There is even a super market just next door to the hotel. Within 1 min walking there is also a square with many cheap but good restaurants.
Nice location - within walking distance to Duomo and rail station, but warning, there's no air-conditionining. Not that big a deal for me but some pple might be concerned, esp if you're travelling there in the summer.
Great location, service, facilities and price average.
The included breakfast was very good, my room was large and bathroom good condition. I would stay again.
Very nice little hotel. Rooms are small but great when you're out most of the time seeing the sites for the price. Breakfast was a little sparse, but the staff are very friendly.
Very clean and cheap. Situated in the city center near the Piaza Duomo. We enjoyed spending time in it! We recommend this hotel to everyone!
Very lovely people, fantastic location. We were looked after extremely well.
Well worth it. The staff are very nice and the facilities good. In a good location for food.
Room was clean and functional. Breakfast was fine. Helpful staff, overall value for money.
This hotel was wonderful and I will stay there again. We had a group of 5 people arriving from many places at different times. The staff was very kind to help coordinate things, store our bags, and accommodate all of our requests. They were also helpful in arranging entrance times at museums and recommending dining spots. It was clean, a great central location and felt really safe for a woman traveling alone.
V central - 10 mins walk from train station and 5 mins from the Duomo. Staff friendly and efficient. Our room was quite large by Florentine standards and well appointed with shower (no bath), good range of toiletries, hairdryer, sufficient towels, very comfortable bed, good lighting. Also quiet. A bit on the expensive side, but still a good price for a central Italian hotel. Definitely recommmended and I would stay there again.
