The Centrovital Hotel Berlin is located next to the lake Spandau- not far away from the center. We offer 149 non- allergic rooms, they are elegantly proportioned and furnished with simple décor. Unusual lines produce a charming and exiting effect. Getting there:
By Public transport: Take the subway 7 to ‚Rathaus Spandau’. Or take the local train S9 or S75 to Spandau (ICE Station). Then take the busses 136 or 236 (departure in front of town hall) and exit at Kirchhofstrasse. After 100 meter you will reach the entrance to Centrovital. By Car: Take Berlin City highway A 100, in the direction of junction Charlottenburg, take the exit: Siemensdamm and follow on Siemensdamm, Nonnendammallee and juliusturm to Falkenseer Platz. At the roundabout take the first exit on the right, the Neuendorfer Strasse. After approximately 800 mter you will reach the entrance to Centrovital.

Really nice hotel on the end of s bahn in Spandau ,25 minutes on train to centre of Berlin.Big rooms with free water &fluffy dressing gowns,the buffet breakfast was terrific,lots of variety,with excellent service.Leisure suite is great large swimming pool even larger gym&the sauna area has 6 different saunas including an ice room,only beware the germans sauna naked & you will be expected to as well but you can use your towell to cover up if you so wish,there is a charge of 10 euros for a day ticket if you havent booked direct through hotel,nice hotel to chill out in .

hotel rate doesnt include spa and we had to pay extra to use it. Hotel is ok but quite far from downtown.

Excellent value. Did not take advantage of any of the health and spa facilities, but still enjoyed stay. Brilliant breakfasts - with a panoramic view over the Havel. We used public transport, but no problems with excellent 136 & 236 bus services to and from Spandau centre, or with S-Bahn trips into Berlin.

Excellent breakfast/brunch buffet. Very helpful staff at the reception. The Centrovital Hotel is situated on a site with beautiful view over the Spandau lake. The city area is rather dull, but quiet. The distance from the train station is discribed as a 10 minute walk. I would say closer to 20 minutes. When you find the right bus routes, however, the transport is no problem.

The area that Centrovital is situated is a 10 - 15 minutes walk from the train station but is on 2 bus routes, it is an 8 minutes main train ride from the city or 20 minutes on the S-Bahn. Spandau has a very good Christmas Market and plenty of places to eat and drink.
