The property consists is an 18 room motel comprising of standard rooms and 2 bedroom apartments. Rooms are serviced on a daily basis. It is located within walking distance to the Chadstone shopping centre.

Getting there:The property is located 15 minutes east on Dandenong Road from Melbourne's CBD. It is approximately 40 minutes to and from the airport. Shuttle buses do pick up and drop off . It is also close to public transport. We are a SMOKE FREE environment, courtyard available for smokers.
Check-in Procedure:Check in is at 2pm, early check in (request only) check out is at 10am.
Car parking:Free onsite and offstreet car parking available.
Child Policy:Child under 12 is an extra $15 per child. child under 3 using existing bedding in room is free of charge
Older style Motel with older cheaply renovated facilities. Very basic room, bedding, (extremely hard), etc although quite clean and tidy price considered
Reasonable motel but a little expensive. I note that the "last minute booking" price charged was the same as posted at the counter for a regular booking.

2 bedroom interconnecting unit, accommodates maximum 5 people, one queen size bed, 3 to 4 single beds in second room.
Exactly what we expected. Clean and tidy. Good price. Close to friends and family. Friendly staff. Plus Foxtel! Thanks Chadstone Executive Motel.
If only for the fact that this motel was close to our destination for the weekend,I would have been very disappointed and would not have stayed. Service was only just average. The tv had no remote, no clock for the time, no face cloths or tissues, bath mat was stained and or dirty, no coat hangers and the all night party that went on in the next building just topped it off.
Old style motel, not easily accessable from one direction and with limited parking. Morning shower not hot enough.
Friendly staff, clean room - close to Chadstone shopping.
The owner was very welcoming and the facilities were good for the price. A good place for families on a budget as it caters for up to three kids in an adjoing room.
