Getting there:From Sydney: Follow the Great Western Highway from Penrith to Medlow Bath, turn right at traffic lights (over the railway line) into Railway Parade, take the 4th street on the left (Somerset St). The Chalet is straight ahead at the very end of Somerset St. Turn left into Portland Road, then immediately right into Richmond Avenue. The car park entrance is then on your right. From Lithgow: Follow the Great Western Highway to Medlow Bath, turning left into Railway Parade at the traffic lights just before you go over the railway line. Then as above.
Check-in Procedure:Check in from 2pm. Please call if you require an early check in and we will try to accommodate you if there is a room available.

Friendly hosts and nice welcoming touches - a classic B&B experience.
We had a most wonderful weekend at the Chalet. The friendliness, willingness of the staff to assist made us feel very welcome. Great breakfasts. The bath was the best bath to have a read in that I have ever experienced! The tea and coffee (plunger)in the rooms would be even better with a little jug of fresh milk. The blue and white Spoud (?spelling) crockery in the room was beautiful. One suggestion would be to move the bed around in the adjacent room and put it on the far wall as we did hear the gentleman snoring. However this was not too bothersome and we sleep well in the very comfortable bed. Again thank you for adding to a magical weekend.

A nice place to stay in a quiet town, clean and comfortable with warm services. Breakfast was also very good. I will come again if possible.
What a superb and charmng place - old Australian decor and comfort and service - will definitely return
