Getting there:From both Airports take the Pacific Highway. Take the Helensvale South 62 Exit to Labrador/Southport. After 10km you arrive at the Broadwater follow the road to the right. Pass the Grand Hotel and we are 500m on the left.

Excellent facility providing value for money. Appreciated the double glazing which menat there was no road noise. However that did require the air con to be on. Unfortunately the air con was on a timer and kept turning off. Highly recommended.
Not a bad place to stay, nice, helpful staff. A little old, and better places around the same price readily available in and around the area. Kids loved the place.

Pretty good place to stay.
Great hotel with excellent facilities backed up by genuinly nice on site management. Rooms were larger than I expected and very clean and comfortable.Facilities were fautless and with an easy walk to broadwater and great eateries. Will stay there every time I go to the Gold Coast in future. What a great find!
Welcoming atmosphere. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Convenient location yet quiet and peaceful. Definitely good value for money.
I was disapointed that there was no shampoo and conditioner provided. Also I was told to wash all the dishes and remove my rubbish before leaving.
What we appreciated most about this apartment block was it's location. It was close to the waterfront with it's attractive cafes and its views to Surfers to the south and Runaway Bay to the north. And, as I'v indicated above, we were happy with the unit too.
Janice and Mario were extremely helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again. For me customer service is the big seller and they were great.
