"great location, clean rooms, but it just didnt have a "wow" factor to it...also there was a cooking smell from the moment you walk into the hotel, (not nice, burnt oil). overall stay was good, comfortable. will recommend for seniors, single traveller, backpackers etc...not for romance/honeymoon." - Anonymous

The boutique style hotel is directly opposite the Santos building and Stock Exchange, making it ideal for the corporate traveler. It is also extremely well situated to guests traveling at leisure, with the Adelaide Convention Centre, State Art Gallery, Museums, Library, Parliament House, Botanic Gardens and Rundle mall shopping all within very close walking distance. |

A council controlled set down/pick up area is located in Gilbert Place in front of the Hotel entrance. The Hotel does not have a car park but has an arrangement with a nearby public car park. The negotiated rate for Hotel guests is $12.00 per car per 24 hours period (multiple entry & exits available). See reception on arrival for details. The car park is accessible 24 hours per day. The car parking fees are paid direct to the Hotel on departure. Car Parking is on a self-park basis only.
