Great value......especially if you upgrade for the club level. Great if you need to be close to the Loyang industrial area, and the nearby food courts are great !

Hotel shuttle was on schedule both at arrival and departure. Outstanding and well managed hotel. Beautiful pool, room, and facility. Couldn't ask for more.

This is the best hotel near Singapore Airport for a reasonable price. I have stayed here twice. It is consistent quality with excellent staff. They have a free bus to & from the airport. There are nice outdoor restaurants within a block of the hotel.

The airport transfer is in easy reach after checking at the information desk in the arrivals hall. An early check in at the hotel was no problem, and also a late check out. Our booking was in an Executive Club Room. This hotel is an excellent choice for a stopover between flights. Just opposite to the ferry building. Friendly staff.

Great hotel for an overnight stay...great and close to local eateries

3rd stay. Great location , easy to get from the airport, using their shuttle or by taxi. Easy to get to Orchard street/city by public transport. Great local eating places. Hotel staff very helpful, late check out no problems, close to Changi Museum 8 Australian tourists

We needed a hotel to stay in for one night which was close to the airport and the Expo centre. This was ideal.

The hotel is near the airport and there is a free transfer both ways which is welcome after a long flight. It is very clean and modern. Breakfast lacked some western food and was expensive. The biggest disappointment was the charge for internet access - this was the only place in our world trip where there was a charge. I would stay here again despite these small criticisms

When we booked it, we were hoping that it would be a bit closer to the airport. Otherwise the hotel and our room were excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport every hour, which was good for our departure,

This is my 2nd time staying. The place was reasonably clean just that one cushion on the bed looked clean but it stinks. We stayed over for the New Year weekend. The best part is, they upgraded my deluxe room to executive room for free. The bad part was, the first morning we realized we didn't have any newspaper delivered to our room. When we called to inform them, they said they don't have anymore newspaper. Overall, I like the place and will go back again.

For a quick stop in Singapore, this is close to the airport with a small village feel around to enjoy a day between transits. Staff at the hotel were really helpful in booking our next trip (ferry to Bintan), saving a lot of hassle for us. Brunch by the pool is great, as is a post brunch swim in the pool with glass sides.

Food, surrounding and everything was fine and beautiful. It's just that I couldn't get a non-smoking room as per my request when I send my booking. The moment I enter the room...., the cigarette smell was soo strong and it's stink. I was dissapointed when the staff told me that the hotel rooms are full that he could not get me another room. They tried to clear the cigar smell by pluging a machine which I guess it sucks in the smell. I appreciate.

Cleanliness: I booked for non smoking room. When I arrived they gave me in the smoking room. After a complain, finally I switch to a non smoking room. Facilities: I like the shuttle service to and from airport. Service: sometimes bit long to call the housekeeper or front desk. Location: it depends of your purpose. The rooms on the interior of the hotel pick up the noise from the restaurant below and are not as quiet as the outer rooms. The pool on the roof was lovely although we didn't use it. The hotel restaurants were expensive and there seemed much better value for money restaurants on the road the hotel was on. The Golf Club set menu A and B seemed good value for money and in a lovely location although we opted for a local restaurant.

Overall a great experience, waiting for a plane with the family, enjoying the pool, the restaurant etc...

Overall this Hotel is good,the staff is very helpfull, if you staying for a few days you can get into the City with Hotel Shuttel Bus but have to find your way beck. With taxi or train.The train connect the City to the airport than use the free Airport shuttel Bus to the hotel.It takes a bit of time.The smogos board meal is exelent but pricy. Do't try to drink wine, $80 a bottle

We needed another towel for our son. Two towels(more that we asked for) were provided very soon after we put the request through. Also, we asked for a late checkout as I wasn't feeling well. They extended the checkout time from 12 noon to 2 pm which made a lot of difference as I was able to rest a little longer. The staff at the concierge desk were very helpful with storing our baggage and then retrieving that quickly for us. I would recommend this hotel to our friends.
