Close to town and good price for last minute holiday to Taupo. Would stay here again.

we loved staying at Chantilly's. Price was good for a very nice hotel and room.
Very convenient location. Within very easy walking distance from central shopping area. Good size room with all conveniences. Proprietors extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would stay again.

Rooms were very neat and tidy and all services that were provided were above average. The team were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay.
Close proximity to town. Unfortunately we were not told to turn on the underfloor heating and were very cold from about 5.30am. There were no extra blankets available even though there was supposed to be a duvet in the cupboard. A very unenthusiastic, bordering on rude woman host but very friendly male host who was apologetic when told of the above coldness issues.

The room had no aircon or fan and it was hot and muggy. We left the doors open overnight. This meant disturbed sleep due to traffic noise. We would have expected some form of cooling.
It was a plesent stay with good walken distance to town. the people were very friendly and everything was very well presented and looked after.
Great BBQ and lovely to have a cold pool to refresh ourselves, and then the spa when we were a bit chilly. Lovely place to stay.

Lovely place to stay and very pleasant and helpful owners. One small thing would be to have some of the smaller (but quite roomy)units with King size beds rather than Queens for some of us larger and taller folks. Otherwise great facilities. Thanks for another very pleasant stay!
I found this accommodation overpriced in regards to location. The rooms were very small and there was no bath.
