Just 5 minutes drive from Junction 15 off the M40 situated in the peaceful village of Charlecote,the Charlecote Pheasant hotel is just 4 miles from Stratford upon Avon and Warwick with its superb Castle. This rural retreat, with fantastic motorway access, has been attractively converted from farm bulidings and nestles along side Charlecote Manor and Charlecote Park with its deer roaming beside the meandering river Avon. The Hotel boasts an excellent restaurant and bar as well as its own outdoor pool (in season). Within the grounds there is also a tennis court and children's play area. The excellent meeting facilities and central location also make this an ideal venue for a meeting or re-union.

Getting there:Exit M40 at Junction 15 and take the A429 signposted to Cirencester/Stow on the Wold. Drive past the village of Barford and in 2 miles, take a right turn signposted Charlecote. The hotel is opposite the church in the village

it was great value and in a great location if you want to get away from it all and only a short drive to Stratford if you have a car. we couldn't get a table for dinner in the evening because it was fully booked, but we found a pub to eat at in the next village which was really nice, nice food and better beer than the hotel.
My wife and I had a wonderful short break at the Charlecote Pheasant Hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were really welcoming. We dined in the restaurant on the first night. The food was delicious and the service second to none. Our room was excellent and the surroundings were lovely. We cannot rate this hotel highly enough and would certainly recommend it to others. We shall definitely stay here again!
Didn't get time to explore our surroundings but will do so on our next visit. Clean comfortable hotel with good food but small portions. Location convenient for where we needed to be. Will return for another visit.
A very handy country hotel for Stratford and surrounding area. Breakfast (extra) a bit pricey and missing some items at 7am. plenty of parking. Would stay again.
Very friendly, hospitable hotel, nicely situated, facilities very good, would visit again. Situated close to Stratford on Avon which is a lovely place. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
The reception staff were superb
We have stayed at the Charlecote Pheasant 6 times over the past three years and found it fits our needs in Stratford. The hotel is now under new management whom we are told are spending 2 million pounds in refurbishment. This is necessary as the hotel is looking a little tired. Obviously we hope they don't go too far, making it 5 star, as the price will rocket. Other than that we look forward to our next stay soon.
We found it inconvenient to be accommodated in a building detached from the main hotel - (it rained!)
The only fault that i had found with this hotel is that the beds were far too small. My boyfriend is over 6foot tall!
I nice hotel in a great location. Food was well presented and well priced. The rooms were nithing spcial but were clean and well maintained.
The food was delicious, but we were very disapointed with the room, it was in need of decorating and generally cleaning. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom needed updating.

Fantastic location close to Sratford and 100 metres away from from the picturesque Charlecote Hall and park. Hotel was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for your stay. If you enjoy a relaxing country retreat this is the place to go!

A nice quiet hotel, with easy access to lots of places to visit. appox 5 miles from Strafford. Overall a nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel. We got an internet special price which was excellent value. Good clean rooms and friendly staff. The Food was also superb... really nice.
Nice Hotel,Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location close to Stratford and Warwick. opposite National Trust park couldn't be much better.
