"when I got there i was asked if i wanted a non smoking or smoking i said non smoking when i got to the room it stunk of smoke i had the window open the 2 days i was there, when i came in at night the bar was closed and they refused to open it i picked this hotel for the fact of location and it had a bar, i dont rate this hotel as a 3 star the only good side to it it was very close to the station, they obviously know that the hotel has that quality and so they lapse on the rest i would not go there again" - Phillips Candys
"They closed the resaurant with no notice as they had a bus party in(we had been told it would be open by reception when we asked earlier) . We then tried to order room service as my friend had her baby and we were limited to staying in the hotel to eat. We were told very rudely that there was no room service either due to bus party. Very bad service and unfriendly family attitude." - Anonymous
