An excellent place to stay in Bangkok. Highly recommended for any interested party.

Good value for money. I had booked on line non-smoking apartment which was not available. After some pressure bigger apartment was given to us.

The hotel is conveniently located by the train station, has friendly helpful staff. The room was more than I expected ... very spacious and the kitchen useful for those who want to self cater. The pool offers a welcome relief to hot muggy Bangkok day.

Good pricing for family that like to cook,shopping for food to cook just near 2 minutes walk,if they have better cooking pan then it would be great..overall still good..worth a return back.

The staff at the Reception and Concierge are very friendly and helpful.

An amazing hotel. We got an incredible room, with everything you could want provided plus more. The staff remembered me by name everytime I saw them, spoke excellent English and set out to help me and make my stay comfortable. They even held onto a large picture for me while I travelled for two weeks even though I wasn't returning to their hotel again (free of charge). Thoroughly recommended.

This is a nice hotel locations wise as it is walking distance to the sky train and quite central. The staff is non existant though, to say the lleast they are understaffed, their only bar is tragic but the rooms are big with a nice jacuzzi and you can have wireless internet connection in your room for a reasonable price compared to other hotels in the same category. I would reccomend it to those that do not expect anything more from their hotel than a good clean room and would happily go for their entertainment, food inclusive, somewhere else

Comfortable well-appointed room. Attentive, polite, staff. 14th floor check in is an unnecessary nuisance, especially as you then go to your room and only then find you have to go back down to the ground floor if you want internet access.
