Chateau De Montvillargenne Hotel Gouvieux Chantilly

Room we had in Chateau was very nice. Staff there were attentive and helpful.

A very small room. I think we stayed in a single room. The restaurant was not a very good standard.

This Chateau is the most beautiful building in a lovely setting , all the staff were very pleasant , the food is costly but exquisite . You would expect the food to be expensive in an establishment such as this . Some of the areas (not the main building) are in need of TLC . Go for at least a Junior suite , ours was great with great views. A one mile walk takes you to the lovely village of Gouvieux . As you enter the village , there is a small really friendly resturant on the right hand side , again great food . Truly a nice area of France . The main railway station with plenty parking is in Chantilly just 3 miles away, hop on and go to Paris for the day ........

we had a very plasant stay,the restaurant was very cosy and the food and service was good.cycling on our bicycles provided by the hotel the following morning was a high light for my son paris who is six.

Room was good but could do with refurnishing to match the vintag eof the hotel.

Our room was clean and large if a funny shape with the most ridiculously large bathroom. It didn't look quite as newly decorated as some of the others. All in all a really good hotel with fantastic grounds, staff and restaurant.

A pleasant hotel in a quiet location. The room we had ( Junior suite )was fairly small but was fine for a short stay.

Beautiful chateau in the lovely area of Chantilly. Service in the hotel is very good. Buffet or Full Hot Breakfast is a good quality. We booked 5 months before our stay and could only book a standard room. On arrival, we requested an upgrade to a Junior Suite as the standard room is poor. Our junior suite was more spacious. Overall, we really enjoyed our 4 nights in Chateau De Montvillagenne.

Lovely hotel with excellent views and facilities and good value for money. Staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful. Restaurant is very good but expensive. Only problem we found is getting into Chantilly - several taxi trips became quite expensive! We would hire a car next time.

fabulous stay just wished we had longer hotel lovely, rooms spacious, decor old but 4 poster big bed,jacuzzi in bathroom, bath robes provided, swimming pool lovely with steam room and sauna .We had a lovely dinner in the dining room and breakfast was fabulous also .WEhope to return here again next March for my husbands 40 birthday. Close to Chantilly town which is always buzzing

This is a very beautiful chateau, which we could have stayed longer. If again in the area will definalty return. The buffet breakfast was great.

Great place to stay...romantic. Prices can be expensive for dinner, etc...but almost all of France is. Lots to see and do in the local area. Would recommend it.

Very quiet and peaceful setting with nice gardens and a good restuarant although expensive.

Very small room even for the junior suite !!!

The decoration in the hotel was good but the bedroom we stayed in was rather tired looking.

This hotel was superb in every possible way. The staff was great. The room was great. The restaurant was great. The facilities were great. I have absolutely nothing but nice things to say about it. My experience with them was fantastic. If you get a chance to stay here, do it!

They make you feel very special even if its only a weekend stay. There's no place better to rekindle passion in a relationship
