The staff remembered me by name everytime I saw them, spoke excellent English and set out to help me and make my stay comfortable. They even held onto a large picture for me while I travelled for two weeks even though I wasn't returning to their hotel again (free of charge). Thoroughly recommended." - Kai Aylward

"This is a nice hotel locations wise as it is walking distance to the sky train and quite central. The staff is non existant though, to say the lleast they are understaffed, their only bar is tragic but the rooms are big with a nice jacuzzi and you can have wireless internet connection in your room for a reasonable price compared to other hotels in the same category. I would reccomend it to those that do not expect anything more from their hotel than a good clean room and would happily go for their entertainment, food inclusive, somewhere else" - Eleonora Gozzini
