We had booked a superior room but on arrival found it to be very hot with no airconditioning and windows that only opened an inch or so.....we paid an extra $95.00 per night to be upgraded to one of their new suits which we found to be excellent value, the toiletries were locally made and absoulutely gorgeous...you can purchase this product at the Hotel....the Hotel is in a very convenient position to Town

Rooms are nicely renovated (except for the bathroom) and the small kitchen was great. Modern equipment in the gym
After a few days at Portage Resort this felt like a Palace. The mini room sink unit was better than their bathroom! Comfortable lounge seating- sensible 40" tv. Microwave mini kitchen. No special views but we looked down on the pool. Handy for wineries tour.

brilliant hotel. Can't complain about anything. Room spacious, staff fantastic, recommended a great wine tour, dinner in the hotel was lovely and staff very friendly. Easy to find and walk to city centre or information centre. Really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.
Our room was in the older wing but nicely refurbished and good space-but the bathroom let everything down-not very clean as overdue for refurbishement (mouldy) so we felt it was quite expensive in the end.
Hotel still being refurbished. Lifts not on line. Painters in corridors. Our room key also fitted the next room, which we found out by accident. Breakfast bar needs rethink.
The room was well appointed. Facilities were good. Restaurant was well decorated, had lovely food and very polite, efficient helpful staff. The hotel was being re furbished during our stay but this did not detract from our enjoyment. Close to Blenheim shopping area, only a stroll away. To be recommended

Very nice room with good facilities. Would definately stay again. Not impressed with Blenheim's lack of good eateries but perhaps I am being unfair as it was a Sunday night in winter and a lot were closed.

We stayed for 1 night.The room was very clean and well decorated but the bathroom was small and not very practical.The staff were friendly and helpful.The location is good for the centre of Blenheim.
Handy to town centre which is necessary as hotel has no dinner restaurant.
Excellent! Really was. Great staff and lovely rooms. Was a motel style but they clearly go out of their way to make it very nice. Definitely above average for a place of this type.
Friendly front desk, excellent room fit out - decor/colours, bed comfortable. Liked the big cushions and flat screen tv and bed coverlet and would go there again.
