Considering the room rate of this hotel I would say that my stay was average. Nothing special if all you are looking for is a place to sleep at night. It could use more attention when it comes to cleanliness and the beds could be more comfortable. The staff are friendly enough, although nobody could speak a word of English they tried to accomodate our request. Because of the language barrier it takes a really long time to check in and out of the hotel. One of my main considerations in choosing the hotel is because it claims to be an "International" hotel. I hope they would include an accurate map of the hotel with English translation in the website. When I booked the hotel the map showed that it is located 2 blocks from the other hotel where I will be attending a conference. Upon arriving at the place it turns out to be a 10 minute ride by taxi from my hotel. I hope you would also include a survey of the airline service which in the case of China Southern is HORRIBLE!!! to say the least.
