"We had a fantastic weekend break in Barcelona. We had arranged to pick up our hotel keys at another branch (BORN)which is the most beautiful hotel/apartments I have ever seen. Staff were fantastic.
The décor of apartment block is very retro chic, (watch out for the lift).
The apartment was clean and spacious,2 bathrooms, all the mod-cons, the TV reception wasn’t the best.
The view was FANTASTIC, we could see across the city and the hills to other monuments. We were right by the Main Square and shops. Also the metro station is so convenient, we could go ANYWHERE!
The only downfall was that the Hot water was not working properly but we called them and they sent an engineer. That still didn’t work and so they offered us the choice of having another apartment in the building or just keeping both apartments if we didn’t want to move.
The whole experience was of total freedom.
If you are on a budget a definite must.
