Getting there:66-76 Queen Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000 Carpark is at Burnett Lane off Adelaide Street. Turn left into Albert Street then right into Burnett Lane. Drive three quarters of the way up the lane. Pull up at the hotel door and a concierge will park your car.

Hotel is perfectly located for the centre of Brisbane but it's very dated!!

great location for the price....
The hotel has an excellent position for those guests wanting to shop and be close to the Mall - couldn't get any closer! The deluxe queen room was a good size but rather shabby. The bed was comfortable. What apppeared to be an internet connection was out of use. The safe in the wardrobe was out of order and appeared to have been so for some time. The bathroom was not up to standard. There was a problem with the toilet not flushing and the shower/bath drain semi blocked - both problems fixed by the time we left after 2 nights. The whole room needed a refurbish to match other hotels charging similar prices. The dining room was worth visiting - good meals although this time our choice was wrong for us.
Had an executive suite and it was excellent. Only complaint was we didnt have a bottle opener!

Some of the rooms are a bit old and need refurbishing but the location makes it an excellent stay.

Old and perhaps a little tired (bathroom plumbing etc) but exceptionally well situated on Queen Street Mall and 100 metres from the Treasury Casino. Staff very friendly and courteous.
It was great being in the centre of the CBD, 1 block from the station & the South Bank. No traffic noise at all.
We were there for a very short time as a conference was the reason for the stay and we went out for the evening, but it was a great location and staff were very friendly
It's a nice place but the bathroom let it down. It had mould in the shower and the fittings are all quite old. If they revamped the bathroom, the ratings would be much higher. Everything else was great.
A very nice room - very clean - we were amazed at how quite it was considering position in the mall - queen st- brisbane -only minutes from - shopping -restaurants- casino - a very definite yes for a second visit.

The safe in the room didn't work and the room was a bit worse for ware but otherwise it was okay.
My room was clean, quiet and comfortable with all the facilities I would exprect and needed . The location in the city centre was a great advantage to me. The reception staff were excellent.
The staff very extremely helpful, courteous, check in was quick and we were given an Executive Suite upgrade. Will certainly return here again. Great time
Good central hotel with average accomodation and imenities.
More signage put in place so you can find the Hotel. No one knows how to get into the place with a car. We were disappointed with the parking charges, we have never been charged forparking in the Hotel where we are staying Car Park.
