"Pool, spa, gym are bare bones, on par with 3-star, not 4-star. Room (on 11th floor) had ants. Though it was cleaned, the ants reappeared two days later. Lift has a broken sign, rooms use regular keys (not cards), small TV. Location is excellent, two blocks from Queen St mall and casino, five minutes to City Cat. Breakfast buffet is good, though there are better. This is a 3-star hotel, not 3.5 and certainl not 4-stars." - Randy Silvers
