Getting there:
Buses by TEISAN bus run between our hotel and Hakodate Airport. The buses runs every 20 minutes and it'll be take 30 minutes and costing 410JPY. From JR Hakodate station, it'll be take 10 minutes by the tram and costing 200JPY.

Accommodation charge is including service charge and consumption tax. Hotel will only accept cash or credit card for payment. Any unauthorized vouchers and coupons will not be accepted. No Credit account accepted.

Great bargain. A no frills hotel with everyting you need at a great bargain. I received a better price in person than was quoted online by a third party agency. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. My favorite bargain hotel in Japan. Location was a 10 minute walk from all the action, but not bad. Only a $7 cab ride away if it the walk is too much for you.

Appreciate the good service especially the front desk staff ( a lady staff who communicated well in good English) was very helpful and friendly in serving us on July 3th and 4th morning.

For the price we were paying, the double room was considered VERY spacious. The ensuite bathroom was spacious - definitely not claustrophobic. I had a lovely view of the coast from our room. There were vending machines on the 2nd floor dispensing food and drinks, and a convenience store just across the road. The tram stop was a block away.

JAL City Hotel Hakodate is not close to train station. We took a taxi and paid Yen 770, single trip. The staff doesn't understand what an adaptor is. May be they don't have an adaptor to lent to visitors at all. Breakfast included in room rate is just fair.
