"The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are polite, helpful and have good quality customer service. Mr. George R... is very nice and accommodating and had freely spent his short time with us. Ricardo, the desk clerk is nice and provided us with valuable information. The staff in the restaurant and dining room were all outstanding. The breakfast was great though it needs variation from day to day. All is fine!" - Alexander Uban

"If you plan to take a train from Madrid main bus station as I did, get a taxi upon arrival to the hotel if you have heavy lugguage. It is not easy to find if it's your first time there especially when there are road construcitons along the way. Turing here and there and stopping to ask for directions took me 30 min to reach the hotel. However, the hotel is quiet and big and near the cathedral, adoration room etc. Now I know the way, I'll stay there if I visit Fatima again." - CAROLINE YU PIN KWAUK
