"It says it's a service apartment, but I never got any service at all. After I checked in, I was informed they'll make up the room on weekly basis, but I only stayed there for 3 nights from Tue to Thurs. During my 3 night stay, I had never seen any maid come to make up my room.
I requested to replenish dish-washing detergent(because I want to do my cooking) and shampoo/bath gel at the reception. My request was accepted but no one take any action. (consider this is a special request)
The car park is always full. There are about 15 free guest parking outside the apartment but only 8 of them can be used (the others are locked up even they're vacant). I talked to the reception and they asked me to park at the basedment level 2 with a fee of NZ$15.

"Clean with nice views down to city. Not in the heart of city but w/in easy walking distance. Close to the tremendous city museum, K Road, and university. Ideal set-up for families or couples who plan to tour the Auckland area for a few days. Well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Friendly helpful staff. Provisions for early 'am' arrival.
