Ciputra Hotel Jakarta

I was put into a renovated room which was clean & comfortable. Good enough for my short stay. Will recommend for return stay.

Its very clean and the staff is very helpful. Location is also good just 20 mins to aiport .... if there is no traffic jams. The mall behind the hotel is link and food is in abundance. Only wish they have free Internet Service for guests!

This hotel is priced way beyond what it is worth.

Location is good but not excellent. The rooms are a bit old. The price is affordable.

We needed a room close to the airport for an overnight stay. The Jakarta Airport Hotel could not be found on line and the Sheraton Airport hotel was fully booked. We were quite happy with the Ciputra Hotel and its location relative to the Sukarno Hatta International airport (about half an hours drive). Behind the Ciputra is a shopping mall with a food court where we enjoyed the indonesian food. The hotel concierge arranged for a taxi to pick us up next morning to take us to the airport. We had a special "last minute" rate which made our stay good value for money.

The service was excellent the staff really made a difference in taking care of you.

It is located next to the big mall so it is very convenient for businessman like me who mostly goes from point to point only. It is also located at the edge of the central so avoid much of the traffic and near to the factories area. Room is OK though looked aged and there is a rotten smell at the corridor that i complaint to the hotel staff at check out.

Nice and clean but a lttle out of the way. Impossible to catch a taxi to town centre 'cos of the jams!

There is nice massage services. The staffs are kind. However the facilities are too old. At least, the carpet in the room is required to be replaced immediately.

internet service in the room didn't work. Have to go to use wireless in the lobby, and still have to pay the same price for internet charge

Complimentary Internet connection would be good. It's quite pricey at 50.000 Rp for 1 hour and 200.000 Rp for 24 hour block.

Ciputra Hotel was reasonable, although the rooms were a little tired and need a little refurbishment. For those who enjoy shopping the Shopping Mal which is attached to the Hotel really is good. If i was asked would I stay again my answer would be no.

A good hotel, very comfortable with good service. Having the mall next door is a big plus. Some of the fittings in the bathroom were showing their age.
