Citadines on Bourke Melbourne

The location was excellent, the lobby was beautiful and the room was very clean. The room was expensive but we were lucky enough to use our membership points for the stay. We were struggling to locate the hotel parking. As a result, we mistakenly parked at the next door Secure parking, which turned out to be cheaper than the hotel parking!

A second stay confirmed our opinion of the Hotel: it's a gem ( with a couple of minor flaws) well trained staff, generous sized rooms, great location, top facilities;especially the pool and gym. But why are we still charged for Wi Fi??

A MOST ENJOYABLE STAY THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT , EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY THE ROOM VERY COMFORTALE THE POSITION HANDY TO EVERY THING AND THE RATES WERE VERY REASONABLE I WILL CERTAINLY STAY AGAIN WHEN NEXT IN MELBOURNE

we stayed in 2 roomed apt everything was great even supplied umbrellas as it was raining very pleasant stay very close to everything

We stay at Citadines when we go to Melbourne and have always found it excellent. It's so close to everything and the tram stops outside - how convenient is that!! Highly recommended

Great location to all that Melb has on offer, close to all transport short 5 min walk to Elizabeth St trams. Very clean, comfortable and very quiet! Staff at front desk were a bit cold not that friendly, but otherwise could not complain. We only stayed overnight to attend an early morning children's hosp appt.

We agree with all the people who liked this hotel - clean, modern, spacious, great location, helpful staff, great value. To those who bemoan no views and construction sites, that's pretty much what you get in downtown Melbourne. Our room looked straight at the building next door, but we don't spend much time in the room anyway, so it's not an issue. And, even on our low floor the room was completely quiet. We are staying there on our next visit to Melbourne, no question.

Great location, plenty of good eating places in the vicinity. Guest rooms very nicely appointed, pleasant decor and amenities. Highly recommend.

This hotel was very new, clean and bright. The room was comfortable and a good size with everything needed. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our room at Citadines was very modern & quite spacious. It had cooking fascilities (not just a microwave) and a dishwasher, although we enjoyed eating out. The location was fantastic - right in the centre of the city and the staff were professional, friendly and discreet. The hotel had a modern bar/restaurant on ground level & trams + taxi's were at the front door. We will definatley stay there again.

Very good hotel in excellent location. Clean comfortable rooms, kitchen a bonus and comfortable beds. Friendly front desk staff, offered late checkout to coordinate with my flight, organized airport transport.Restaurant overpriced and food below average - breakfast egg undercooked but there are many nice cafes nearby. Would be happy to stay again.

Very good place to stay - clean, new etc. and right in the centre of town. Free internet in room would be good in an executive apartment.

A brilliant place to stay - great location, attentive staff and the studio apartment is cleverly designed with great attention to the details that make working away from home comfortable..good iron and ironing board, stove top, dishwasher and hair dryer, great bed and pillows and lighting.. wonderful can highly recommend it..

Very nice hotel in a great central location. Spacious, modern rooms, well furnished with all the requirements needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were outstanding with their friendly, helpful service - they went the "extra mile" to help us with our on-line airline check in and we appreciated it - THANK YOU ! Accommodation was perfect for us, great location in Bourke Street, fantastic size and very clean.

Excellent location! Very nice apartments, although a lot smaller than they look in the photos. We had a studio deluxe and it was very nicely appointed, clean and comfotable. We asked for a quiet room and werr at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet! The only thing i didn't like about the room was that the television was mounted in the bedroom side of the apartment, not the lounge. I chose this property because my partner stays up late watching tv and i want to go to bed, but with the tv in the bedroom, it kind of didn't work very well. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay and i would definately stay again.

We Stayed two nights and the hotel was of very high standard, the room was excellent and we will be definately be staying there again, location was ideal and the hotel right from the foyer to the hotel rooms was imaculate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in a great location with a tram stop and taxi rank on the first door. The rooms were very modern and were serviced daily. We would be happy to recommend this place to our friends and family and plan on staying there again.

Stayed at the hotel for total of 4 nights and had a good experience all round. My room was not ready at 2:00pm checkin and was told it would be 30 minutes away so this was the only real letdown. Gym was very good and that was one of the reasons I booked as it had rated well in many other guests reviews. Also it was good value with 3 nights for price of 2 although the 4th night I tacked on was a bit expensive. I will certainly stay again in future.
