Staff polite. Service excellent. Clean and comfortable double bed room. Kitchen facility adequate. A good buy. Will try it next time too.

The hotel is simply wonderful and situated in a superb location.. We like the room, friendly staff especially Eric Li & Tony Li. Except one complaint is the noise from some kind of generator above our room as my room is at the upper 11th floor.. the noise kept us await for a while but we got used to it after the 2 nights.. Overall, the hotel gives us a pleasant and memorable stay.. One side note:- the sightseeing tour operator recommended by the hotel is not so up to expectation and professional. The cheap and sub-standard van that we got to travel in for 2 hours straight is very tiring and unpleasant. I hope the hotel will look into their recommendation list and advise guests accordingly as some guests do not mind to pay a premium for comfort.. keep in up Citadines

I would recommend this facility for anyone who wants to stay in the centre of Xian. The only problem is transportation to and from the airport.

I would go back to this apartment/hotel. Location is very convenient but the actual street is narrow and made up of small shops and locals which will be off-putting for some people.

This was centrally located, very helpful staff. The rooms are large and well designed. I had a very good stay here.

An appartment hotel. Nice modern decor with innovative screen that separates the living room from the bedroom, and the tv slides along the wall from one room to the other. Good english spoken at the front desk, business center with computers, wired internet in room and wireless in the lobby. Good proximity to the center, 5 minute walk to the drum tower, to the bell tower, and the muslim food streets/quarter. Shopping malls nearby, but on a more rundown side street. Only negative is that the hotel couldnt call us a taxi, no such service provided, we had to catch one ourselves on the street to go to the train station.

Great location and nice big rooms. Given the price range, the breakfast was above average. We did organise a driver through the hotel though and had some issues with te driver wanting to push their own agenda....this may or may not be the hotels fault. Other than this, we would happily recommend Citadines Xian.

Great price with reasonable location. Service is a bit weak as they do not function like a "real" hotel. But for a cheap place to stay that is clean and quiet you can't beat it.

Housekeeping was very slow in responding to our request to ask for 2 more pillows. It took more than an hour to arrive. Similar thing happened when we asked for additional shower gel. Besides this, we were very satisfied with this hotel.

we have a very pleasant stay in a studio apartment with great location and service, providing really excellent value for money! The apartment is very clean and cheeful and is within walking distance to most major attractions within the city, while offering good transport access to key tourist spots outside the city. Will recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Xian.

Everything about this hotel spells excellence. Excellent location, excellent rooms and excellent and friendly staff from doorman, housekeeping and reception. The only minus is that there is no pool or sauna but there is a good gym and the rooms have baths with plenty of hot water to relax and unwind. We certainly recommend this hotel as the place to stay in Xian.
