A city tax per person and per day has to be paid directly by the guest at the residence upon to arrival. Breakfast: 7.50€ per person and per day.

The price for the room was cheap: 80euros for a suite for 4 people with kitchenette (and dishes included). Very spacious room and living room also!!! Possibility to sleep 8 people maximum at this price! Parking available, internet, the laundry room wasn't available that's the only inconvenient and no AC in the room
Nice place. Had everything I needed except a blanket for the bed. Luckily I had a sleeping bag with me. Would probably stay there again.
great place to stay tram at door laundry just up the road small shop next door and internet cafe there too. Both myself and wife would make this type of plac a place to stay... We would highly recommend cita to stay at. terry & judy b. australia

This is a mini appartment with cooking facilities so it would have been useful to have very simple and basic kitchen cleaning materials provided. Overall a good all-round, practical and well run facility I would use again.
To get there, take tram line 1 in the direction of Odysseum and get off at stop 'Moulares'. It only takes about 10 minutes into the city centre. This hotel is very convenient if you want a kitchen.
I put average for every thing as i couldnt submit my comments but we never actually got to stay here! SO A WARNING - to other people who don't read the small print!! I booked for this hotel for one night in Montpellier but never actually got to stay in it! I arrived with 3 young children at the hotel about 7:30pm (after finding it very difficult to get a park around the area to be able to get to the hotel to ask them where to park...had to double park behind the hotel and hope no one came while I was gone) and discovered to my horror that the reception was closed! We couldn't get in so had to drive around looking for another hotel for the night. The problem was that I had read the reception closing hour as 9pm but on PUBLIC HOLIDAYS the reception closes at 6pm (far too early in my mind) so we had arrived there about an hour or so too late. SO be warned! Read the reception opening and closing times very carefully for this hotel.
